The 2+2-seater coupe Lampo3 is characterized by lightweight construction and very high performance. A total of three electric motors with a maximum total power of 420 kW (563 hp) drive all four wheels. Lampo3 was a development of Protoscar in collaboration with EVTEC, who again was responsible for designing the entire electrical system (see also projects Lampo and  Lampo2).

The electric drivetrain allows for full variability: Whilst one motor drives the front wheels, both rear wheels are driven by one motor each. Lampo3 is able to variably distribute torque depending on the current driving siatuation and driver inputs. Maximum torque is 900 Nm and the 32 kWh lithium polymer batteries allow for a range of around 200 km. Despite the low energy consumption, Lampo3 performs like a supercar: it accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4,5 seconds!

It also features Mode 3 communication when charging and allows for single- and 3-phase charging up to 32 A. Additionally, Lampo3 is equipped with two CHAdeMO DC fast charge interfaces resulting in a recharge time of less than 10 minutes.

The following systems were designed and commissioned by EVTEC:
